We take a consultative approach with our customers to help them with the ins and outs of the process. We begin each order by gaining a thorough knowledge of our customer, their project guidelines, timeline, and budget. We ask questions, we listen, and we do our best work, build the best relationships, and create the happiest customers when we start with detailed communication.

If you’re ready to place your order. 50% down payment is required before we begin. Once we receive the down payment we’ll order your blank shirts to get ready for production and begin setting-up your artwork for approval.

Once we receive the down payment we will begin work on your order. You should receive an artwork proof within 2 – 4 days of order being placed. Average turn around time 5 – 7 days, but no longer than 10 days total for order completion from start to finish. Rush on orders may also be available if needed sooner.

Once you receive your proof you’ll have the option to approve or make changes. Please be sure to look over all details of the mock up carefully before approving such as spelling, dates, and correct color and placement on the garment.

Once you approve the final artwork, your order is then finally moved into the production stage. This usually takes 2 – 3 days. The production process includes prepping the artwork, and screen printing or embroidering the garments.

Once production on your order is complete, you’ll be notified by us that your order is finished. Next you can either pick-up, or have the option of shipping. Please note that shipping time is not included in production turn around time.

Turn-Around Time

If your order is placed on day 1, then by day 2 - 4 you should receive a art proof from us. Production will begin the following week after artwork approval is given. The average turn-around time for orders is 5 - 10 days. Rush ordering is also available if needed sooner.

Quotes

See our Request A Quote form to get started. You’ll receive a quote within 24 hours of your quote request (weekends excluded). Quotes expire in 30 days and are subject to change upon review of the graphic if additional fees apply.

Order Minimums

We take orders of all shapes and sizes, whether it be one or 10,000. We have no order minimums, so just let us know what you looking for and we’d be happy to help!

Deposits & Payments

We require a half down payment on all orders before we begin. Full payment is due at pick-up or before shipping. If payment has not been made the order will NOT be processed. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Artwork

Every order comes with a professional mockup to visually show our clients what their print will look like. Have a design already? You can send us finished artwork. If not, we offer in-house design services. Our design team will work with you to execute a print you will absolutely love.

Art Approval

Art approvals will be sent via e-mail within a reasonable time after order has been placed. Please respond to the digital mock-up within 24 hours to avoid any delays in production. If there are changes to the artwork after final approval is given additional fees may apply. *Ink & Cotton is not responsible for hindrance on production due to delayed approval of the digital mock- up. Please be sure to check your mock-up for artwork accuracy such as: color, dimensions, spelling and product information.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable). Customer must inform us when placing the order if the order will be shipped to a specific location. We use our own UPS account and add shipping cost to your invoice. Ink & Cotton is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

Re-Prints

Order artwork is kept for after initial order is complete. If you are wanting to print the same order again, just let us know and we’ll pull the original artwork again. There will be no set-up fees for the new re-order.

Turn Around Time & Due Dates

Our turnaround is usually 5-7 business days. If we are extremely busy our turn around can vary from 7-10 business days. Due dates are really important to us. If you have an specific date that you must have your production in your hands please let us know. We do offer a rush service (if available), please contact us if needed and we’d be happy to help.

Changes To Your Order

Additional fees and extra production time may be applied if changes to the order are made once the artwork is approved or your garments are ordered. Please make sure to carefully proof the final artwork for spelling, dates, and ink color and artwork placement to avoid in mistakes. 

Cancellations

All orders are final, if a cancellation is made it must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any partial payments covering any services already provided. Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order has already started production. 

Rush Orders

A rush order is considered an order you need in a turn around time of 1 – 4 days. We do offer rush services if our work load at the time permits. This service is not always available. Rush orders are subject to a rush fee that is based on order complexity, size, and date needed.

Damages & Misprints

We pride ourselves on making sure every garment is printed correctly. Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order. Keep in mind we do always recommend ordering a few additional pieces as extras if needed.

Pantone Color Match

Select from our in-house Ink Colors at no charge or choose a custom Pantone Color for us to mix at a charge of $10 per color.

Pricing

We care for our customers and always try to keep our prices low and reasonable. You’ll feel great knowing your paid a fair price. Pricing for custom screen printed items is based on the garment, quantity, number of print locations on garment, and the number of print colors in design. Before we can give you an accurate price we will work with you to narrow down this information for what your project needs and budget require.
