See our Request A Quote form to get started. You’ll receive a quote within 24 hours of your quote request (weekends excluded). Quotes expire in 30 days and are subject to change upon review of the graphic if additional fees apply.
Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to begin printing. Payment in full is expected when the order is complete and before we release the order for shipping or pick-up. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. If a completed order is not paid for within 10 business days an additional financing charge will apply.
We take orders of all shapes and sizes, whether it be one or 10,000. We have no order minimums, so just let us know what you looking for and we’d be happy to help!
Every order comes with a professional mockup to visually show our clients what their print will look like. Have a design already? You can send us finished artwork. If not, we offer in-house design services. Our design team will work with you to execute a print you will absolutely love.
Art approvals will be sent via e-mail within a reasonable time after order has been placed. Please respond to the digital mock-up within 24 hours to avoid any delays in production. If there are changes to the artwork after final approval is given additional fees may apply. *Ink & Cotton is not responsible for hindrance on production due to delayed approval of the digital mock- up. Please be sure to check your mock-up for artwork accuracy such as: color, dimensions, spelling and product information.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Customer must inform us when placing the order if the order will be shipped to a specific location. Shipping is not included in quotes unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates.
Order artwork is kept for after initial order is complete. If you are wanting to print the same order again, just let us know and we’ll pull the original artwork again. There will be no set-up fees for the new re-order.
Turn Around Times & Due Dates
Our turnaround is usually 5-7 business days. If we are extremely busy our turn around can vary from 7-10 business days. Due dates are really important to us. If you have an specific date that you must have your production in your hands please let us know. We do offer a rush service (if available), please contact us if needed and we’d be happy to help.
Changes To Your Order
Additional fees and extra production time may be applied if changes to the order are made once the artwork is approved or your garments are ordered. Please make sure to carefully proof the final artwork for spelling, dates, and ink color and artwork placement to avoid in mistakes.
All orders are final, if a cancellation is made it must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. You will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus any partial payments covering any services already provided. Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order has already started production.
A rush order is considered an order you need in a turn around time of 1 – 4 days. We do offer rush services if our work load at the time permits. This service is not always available. Rush orders are subject to a rush fee that is based on order complexity, size, and date needed.
Damages & Misprints
We pride ourselves on making sure every garment is printed correctly. Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report any damages or defects with the order. Keep in mind we do always recommend ordering a few additional pieces as extras if needed.
Pantone Color Match
We care for our customers and always try to keep our prices low and reasonable. You’ll feel great knowing your paid a fair price. Pricing for custom screen printed items is based on the garment, quantity, number of print locations on garment, and the number of print colors in design. Before we can give you an accurate price we will work with you to narrow down this information for what your project needs and budget require.
These holidays are not working days for us so please consider this in regards to turnaround time.

Out of Stocks
It is unfortunate, but sometimes our vendors will run out of particular styles or colors. If this happens we can offer a variety of possible substitute products from other vendors, or you can choose to wait until the items are back in stock. If you choose to wait for the inventory to be replenished then we cannot guarantee the turnaround time or that the items will be back in stock when the vendor says they will. If you choose a substitute garment then we should be able to stick to our typical turnaround time unless those garments are out-of-stock as well.
If you’re looking for that perfect garment for your order we’d be happy to help. We strongly encourage browsing our sample garments before placing an order. If we don’t have what you’re looking, we’d be happy to order a sample to add to our selection for you to see.
Ink & Cotton is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc. We want to make sure your order comes out great so manufacturer defects or mis-shipments may delay production until all garments are received and are of good quality for your order. It is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size.
Customer Supplied Garments
We require contract screen printing clients to provide us with a detailed list of garments including manufacturer, style number, color, size, and quantities of each to be printed prior to order confirmation.
Pantone Color Matching
You can choose any of our Stocked Ink Colors at no additional charge. Custom Pantone matched colors that are not on the an in-house ink color will be charged at $10 per color. Color and pantone matching on textiles is not exact or guaranteed although we typically are able to print colors very close, if not perfectly matched. There may be a reasonable variation in color due to a number of factors. The colors in your digital mockup may vary to the actual printed color due to variations in monitor settings. Using a Pantone book is the best way to accurately communicate what color you need with us.
Mistakes & Misprints
In the event that we make a terrible error in printing your shirts, then we will reprint the order for you at no additional cost. This rarely happens and really only applies to serious mistakes such as printing the wrong art, printing the wrong location, or ordering the wrong color garments. Misprints are expected in any printing industry. A screen could come out of registration, we may find a defect in the garment, the garment may come from a bad dye lot, etc. There are a million things that could go wrong, but we manage to keep misprints and defects below 1% of all garments we print over the course of a year. Since misprints do happen, we encourage you to order extra garments if exact quantities are needed.
All custom orders will be bulk packaged. Individual folding, size tagging, and bagging will incur additional charge.
Receiving Your Order
We encourage you to check the quantities and quality of the garments you receive from us immediately. Ink & Cotton cannot be held accountable for defects or problems with your order unless contacted within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery.
Ink & Cotton stands behind the quality of our screen printing. We will reproduce your graphic onto the garment with maximum accuracy, quality, and consistency. The satisfaction of the end user with the final printed product is subjective. We offer a digital artwork mock-up for review and approval from client is mandatory before we begin production. We operate under very specific and numerous quality controls, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure a quality finished product, we will not be held responsible for end user subjectivity.
